A modern technology company in Stratford-upon-Avon

We bring decades of experience in software, infrastructure and AI to the organisations that need it most.

Local Roots, National Reach

We're based in Stratford-upon-Avon and work with small businesses, charities and not-for-profits across the UK: near enough to sit down with you when it matters, equipped to deliver remotely when it doesn't.

Serving the UK

Who We Are

Nexabyte was founded in 2024 because the organisations with the least IT support were getting the worst of the technology industry: guesswork, jargon and suppliers with something to sell. We set out to be the opposite of that.

We work in scoped projects: you tell us the problem, we fix it, train your team and hand it over, with no retainer unless you genuinely want one.

Our Approach

Three rules we hold ourselves to on every project

Start with the problem, not the product

We don't arrive with something to sell. We listen to what's slowing you down, then recommend the simplest thing that fixes it.

If the best answer is a £10-a-month off-the-shelf tool, that's what we'll tell you.

Show something working, fast

We prototype before we commit, so you see real progress in weeks rather than a big reveal months later.

If an idea isn't earning its keep, we change course early, on our time, not yours.

Build for the people who will use it

Technology only helps if your team actually uses it. We design for trustees, volunteers and busy staff, not IT experts.

When we hand over, your team can run what we built without us.
